The Executive Order of The Church At Victorville; and The Royal Governing House

of The New United Kingdom of Yisrael.

The House of Davïd shall serve as The Earthly Administration of The Melchizedek Royal Priesthood:

Consisting of The Branch, The Royal Council, and The Davïdic Desposyni [The Kinsmen Princes-Ambassadors

of Christ] - and Shall Represent The Supreme Council, In The Everlasting Rule of Heaven and Earth.

The Royal House was Divinely restored in the first century of the Messianic Era, with its return to Executive Power in Jerusalem; duly established by Yahushua Ben YAHUWAH Ha Mashiakh - Christ: The YAH-delegated Eternal King and High Priest of the Universe.

The Royal House administered the original New Covenant Churches (Assemblies), under the rule of Nasi Ya'aqob Ben Yoséf (Prince 'James' - the first Davidic apostle), the brother of Christ; along with the Desposyni.

The Royal House Executive responsibility shall once again be fulfilled through Christ-delegated Davidic authority, under the restored Desposyni.

The Royal House shall be responsible for Divine rulership of the Kingdom Commonwealth at large; as organized into culturally reconnected local, tribal, national, and international congregations, camps, and other governing bodies.

The Royal House speaks on behalf of the Commonwealth of Yisrael, through the formal issuance of Royal Decrees, apostolic and prophetic doctrine, open epistles, videos, and other official documents.

The Royal House in collaboration with the Kingdom of Yisrael Community Land Trust, shall develop and steward a national territory, in the High Desert of Southern California - as a sovereign, Yisraelite Kingdom city-state.

The Royal House as a sovereign state itself, is lawfully and politically equivalent to the city-state it shall govern - and to that end, the Branch and the Executive Council shall collaborate with the Ministry of State, to establish direct Royal diplomatic relations with her sister nations.
