Apostolic Address - The Legacy of Azusa Street THE LEGACY OF AZUSA STREET The 20th Century Shavu'ot Yasháh Ben Yahushua Servant and Royal Emissary The House of Davïd APOSTOLIC ADDRESS In the late winter of 1906, in the tiny 'colored' section of Los Angeles, California, a devout Christian woman made a history-changing recommendation to her fledgling congregation; a group of families just broken away from the local Second Baptist Church, and in search of a new pastor. Sister Neely Terry recommended William J. Seymour - an itinerant holiness preacher whose sermon had impressed her while visiting Houston, Texas, the previous year. Brother Seymour's message centered on her congregation's newly held belief in the 'second work of grace' teaching of the landmark Holiness Movement of the late 1800's. At the invitation of the church's leader, Julia Hutchinson, brother Seymour boarded a train in Houston; arriving at Los Angeles in February of 1906. The events that took place over the following three years forever changed the landscape of organized religion among "African Americans" - Hebrew Yisraelites - as well as in America at large, and around the world… This humble servant of Christ, a son of former slaves, was used by Abba YAH in a mighty and miraculous way, to restore the baptism of the Ruakh-Holy Spirit to the lost Kingdoms of Yahudah and Yisrael; being held in religious bondage under the ritual-oriented European Protestant tradition. Amazingly, every Christian denomination in the world that accepts the Full Gospel - the five-fold ministry and the gifts of the Ruakh - traces its roots back to 312 Azusa Street; the former livery-stable-turned-meetinghouse of Pastor Seymour, and his Apostolic Faith Mission. And yet ironically, although multiplied millions of professing believers from around the world profess to be Spirit-filled or Pentecostal, the teachings of Pastor William J. Seymour himself, have been all but abandoned by the very revivals and denominations they spawned... And given the fact that his mission's large-scale mailing lists were stolen outright by envious Euro-Gentile "supporters," it is no surprise that brother Seymour left a final request in writing that his successor be "a man of color." But this key historical footnote has been conveniently overlooked by most Yisraelite-unaware Pentecostals, "blacks" and "whites" alike, who in their cultural confusion, faithfully follow the leadership and doctrine of their Euro-Gentile "word of faith" brethren. And l ikewise, in their cultural pride, many among the Hebrew Yisraelite-aware have overreacted to sellout prosperity preachers; and completely ignored the monumental spiritual legacy of Pastor Seymour and the Azusa Street Revival altogether, without so much as a casual study of the matter... In fact, history reveals that the greatest teachers of our true doctrine as Yisraelites emerged from the Holiness Movement - the shared legacy of Pastor Seymour and his Azusa Street Mission; and ultimately, both the Shavu'ot-Pentecostal and Messianic Hebrew Yisraelite Movements worldwide. Most notably, through the anointed leadership of Pastor Seymour's chief disciple, Bishop Charles Harrison Mason, Founder of the Church of God in Christ (COGIC); and the great Prince Shaleakh Ben Yehuda - formerly, Prophet L.A. Bryant of COGIC - Founder of The School of the Prophets, for the Village of Peace, at Dimona, Israel. [May They Rest in Eternal Shal'm.] Ironically, Pastor Seymour taught that speaking in unknown tongues is not the initial evidence of being filled with the Ruakh. But this basic doctrine has been abandoned by the "word of faith" community, with its abuse of the gift of tongues - and its anti-Gospel obsession with material prosperity. And the same holds true for the Hebrew Yisraelite Movement, with its overreaction to Pentecostal excesses, and its overlooking of the key points of doctrine we all share. Common roots. So - how has this great spiritual legacy, which began as a genuine move of the Ruakh among the true children of Yisrael, degenerated into rampant spiritualism, materialism, denominationalism and theological chaos? In short, through America's religious and social culture of "White supremacy." Nevertheless, the amazing legacy of Apostle William J. Seymour is destined to be fulfilled by its true inheritors - by those in whom Abba YAH has placed the revelation of the legacy and destiny of Hebrew Yisraelites in Christ! Although brother Seymour learned through hard experience that his true successor must be "a man of color," he never fully recognized the true destiny and purpose of the so-called 'colored' community as Hebrew Yisraelites in Christ. And therefore, he was without the necessary understanding to establish international order within the Shavu'ot-Pentecostal Movement. And yet, this Divine purpose remains Abba YAH's end-time strategy to bring racial and doctrinal unity to the Body of Christ; and to the faithful remnant of the Kingdom Commonwealth of Yisrael. Sélah. All too often, Hebrews, we perceive those from among our Yisraelite-unaware, Spirit-filled brethren as "sell-outs," "house niggas" and "holy rollers." But the truth of the matter is, right from the outset, the Pentecostal-Apostolic Faith Movement, like her sister, the Hebrew Yisraelite Movement, was mercilessly ridiculed by the 'white' establishment as well. And ironically, in the same manner that many carnal Hebrews among our ranks express their condescending attitudes toward our Greco-Romanized brethren today... For example, the Los Angeles Times reported at the time, that "a bizarre new religious sect" had begun, with people "…breathing strange utterances, and mouthing a creed which it would seem no sane mortal could understand." They went on to say, "Devotees of the weird doctrine practice the most fanatical rites, preach the wildest theories, and work themselves into a state of mad excitement." They further described the congregation thusly: "Colored people and a sprinkling of whites compose the congregation, and night is made hideous in the neighborhood by the howlings of the worshippers, who spend hours swaying forth and back in a nerve-racking attitude of prayer and supplication... To top it all off, they claimed to have received the 'gift of tongues,' and what's more, comprehend the babel." Sound familiar, Hebrews? Surely, the hour has come for the Hebrew Yisraelite-aware at large to move beyond the smug superiority we often display toward Yisraelite-unaware Spirit-filled Christians. If we as Yisraelites would simply move beyond racial and cultural pride, we would see, for example, that the African Methodist Episcopal church (AME) believes 'Jesus' is a so-called black man, and that the ancient Yisraelites were 'black' as well. Now, it is no mere coincidence that it was the Methodist-influenced Holiness Movement out of which brother Seymour emerged. And that the "tumble-down shack" he used as a meeting place (as the L.A. Times called it) was the former home of an AME church! Is this denomination not fertile ground for spreading our true identity and destiny? In fact, there are many Christians from all factions who know that Christ is a 'black' man. And there are many who manifest the fruit of the Spirit even without this revelation. And of course, there is the Seventh Day Adventist denomination which keeps the Shabbat... Behold, saints: Just like Yoséf (Joseph), the favorite son of his father, rescued his brothers before they knew his true identity; so Yahushua, the favorite son of His Father, often rescues His brothers before they know His true identity as well. The truth is, there are many among the Yisraelite-aware who came to Christ and were filled with the Holy Spirit before they discovered their true identity as Yisraelites. And like the late, great Prince Shaleakh Ben Yehudah from the Church of God in Christ - are they not spiritual sons of the 'Azusa Street' legacy? When I for one, was 'far from the peaceful shore,' I called on Christ with the "transliteration" of Yahushua - Jesus. But rather than being concerned with how I pronounced His Name, He chose to rescue His drowning kinsman first; and then make me aware of His true Name after I was safely ashore, and fully recovered from the shock and trauma of my distress... HalleluYAH! Finally, brethren, the Hebrew Yisraelite-aware in Christ of today are like unto the Judean followers of Christ in the first century, who were chosen of YAH to take the Gospel to the Hellenized Hebrew Yisraelites scattered abroad. And the Spirit-filled Yisraelite-unaware brethren are like unto those Greek Hebrews in reverse - in Christ, but without their cultural connection to the Covenants. In this final phase of our captivity, Abba YAH is raising up chosen vessels from among the Hebrew Yisraelite-aware in Christ, to reach out in fellowship to our Hebrew unaware brethren! And just as it was in the first century, when the apostles of Yahudah confirmed and established the Hellenized Yisraelite tribes scattered among the nations; the Hebrew Yisraelite-aware shaleakhim-apostles will confirm and establish our Greco-Romanized Spirit-filled brethren scattered among the denomi-nations. Sélah. A HOLY CALL TO ARMS Hear, O Yisrael: YAHUWAH our Father is moving among His Yisraelite-unaware Christian sons in a mighty way! And truly, as it is written, "The fields are white unto harvest, but the laborers are few." TCVI Mission Statement Our Mission The TCVI mission is to gather and organize a Yisraelite Kingdom city-state in the wilderness of America. Over the past several years, the servant-emissary has received and inscribed a Divine Order of Governance, designed to evolve into the New Sanhedrin of Yisrael. Now according to the standard definition, a nation is "a community of people who share a common language, culture, ethnicity or history." By that standard, we as natural and naturalized Yisraelites are already a nation - but not yet an outward Kingdom. On the other hand, a state is defined as "an organized community living under a unified political system." And by that definition, our emerging government now hinges upon a Kingdom-wide restoration and ratification of the ancient House of Davïd. A HOLY DECLARATION - True Christianity TRUE CHRISTIANITY Anointed Yisraelites April 9, 2017 Yasháh Ben Yahushua Servant and Royal Emissary The House of Davïd Royal House Official Statement In fulfilling our call to culturally reconnect our people to the Holy Covenants; the House of Davïd and the Church at Victorville / Kingdom of Yisrael Community Network do declare and decree; that the Hebrew Yisraelite demonizing of the word 'Christian' as representing the false church is etymologically incorrect, historically inaccurate, structurally short-sighted, and strategically unwise. The Truth: The first-century Messianic Hebrew Yisraelites, being fluent in Koine Greek, the "Ebonics" of their day, undeniably referred to themselves as Christianos - which is simply a Greek word, later translated into the English word 'Christian,' and derived from the root word 'Christos,' meaning "an anointed one" (1 Kefa-Peter 4:16; Acts 26:28-29). The Messianic-Christian churches were gradually driven underground by a treacherous Roman military campaign, targeting the Desposyni - Yahushua's Davidic kinsmen, who presided over all Christians ; until their three-hundred-year-plus rulership was overthrown and usurped at the onset of Roman Catholicism (Eusebius - Church History: Book II, Chapter I; Book III, Chapter XXXII). TCVI OFFICIAL STATEMENT - Kingdom Sovereignty KINGDOM SOVEREIGNTY September 3, 2016 Yashah Ben Yah'shua Servant and Royal Emissary The House of Dav ï d Royal House Official Statement Beloved Countrymen, as Torah observant Hebrew Yisraelites in Christ, our churches, camps and organizations must be operated and administered in Kingdom sovereignty - without external constraints. That is to say, we must now move beyond 501(c)3 corporate requirements and rules and regulations for churches, which intrusively determine how such entities operate. As faithful shepherds of Yisrael, we must no longer be structurally limited by a U.S. Government-imposed CEO and Board of Directors; nor spiritually compromised by bureaucratic red tape, corrupt federal funding and political gag orders. The Church at Victorville /Kingdom of Yisrael Community Network has legally and lawfully met this divinely ordained standard. In fact, the TCVI non-501(c)3 unincorporated church association must be officially recognized as being tax-exempt - even though it is is not a charitable arm of the federal or state government. TCVI's exemption is duly established because all churches must be granted operational sovereignty as a matter of Constitutional Law; and our founding documents have been officially acknowledged as such. Not that we seek to be lawless. YAH forbid. Unlike the corporate hirelings, we do not seek to operate above the law. As it is written, the powers that be are ordained of GOD. With that being said, we as Hebrew Yisraelites have no collective authority to assume, declare nor demand our rightful place among the family of nations. According to the ancient prophecies, only Almighty YAH can restore the Kingdom to Yisrael, since it also requires turning the hearts of kings and rulers to fulfill His will. Only YAH Himself, through His anointed elect, truly possesses the Infinite Power and Authority to accomplish this. Hear, O Yisrael: The eternal eyes of Abba YAH are searching to and fro throughout the earth, seeking an uncompromised, spiritually sovereign remnant, whose hearts are right before Him, in humble obedience to His Word. Apostolic Doctrine - The Branch: The Hidden Son of David THE BRANCH The Hidden Son of Davïd APOSTOLIC DOCTRINE "In those days and at that time, I will cause to grow up to Davïd a Branch of righteousness; he shall execute judgment and righteousness in the earth. In those days Judah will be saved, and Jerusalem will dwell safely…" - Jeremiah 33:15-16 Beloved family, the books of the ancient prophets contain many passages that have been wrongfully interpreted by Euro-Gentile scholars as referring to Christ, which are in fact, prophesying the coming of a royal kinsman of Christ, and not of Christ Himself. And sadly, this fundamental error has led to much division and confusion over the Gospel, and the coming restoration of the Kingdom to Yisrael... Now for those of us who are born from above through the Holy Spirit, the fact that Yahushua is true Yisrael's Messiah is undeniable. The historical truth of His death, burial and physical resurrection from the dead, witnessed by hundreds of our first-century Hebrew Yisraelite fathers, is absolutely indisputable (1 Cor. 15:3-8). However, what still remains unclear for most of us are the prophecies concerning the House of Davïd, and the Royal Hebrew Yisraelite lineage and family of Christ. Like most of Hebrew eschatology, this matter has been grossly mishandled by the supposed theologians of Churchianity. And ironically, their misinterpretations have been widely accepted by so-called "African Americans" in general - including the Hebrew Yisraelite-aware - in the absence of a true Hebraic understanding of end-time events. Hear, O Yisrael: Know and understand the end-time revelation that the Branch, by Divine inheritance, holds the David ic key to the New Exodus; to the deliverance, the repatriation, and the eternal governance of our people, the Kingdom Commonwealth, and the world. Sélah. Now - let us examine a few key passages of scripture that have been said to represent Christ, but actually speak of an anointed son of Davïd yet to come: YermiYahu (Jeremiah) 23 3 And I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries where I have driven them and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase. According to this verse, Jeremiah's prophecy concerns the end-times, when true Yisrael shall be repatriated to her original Promised Land. 4 And I will set up shepherds over them which shall feed them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, says YAHUWAH. 5 Behold, the days come, says YAHUWAH, that I will raise unto Davïd a righteous Branch; and a king shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth. Notice, saints, that the king in question is referred to as a righteous branch. So is Christ somehow a subordinate of King Davïd? YAH forbid! In fact, both King Davïd and Yahushua Himself have refuted the false doctrine and assumption that Davïd's LORD (Christ) was conceived as a branch of fallen man (Matt. 22:41-45). Sélah. YeshaYahu (Isaiah) 11 1 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Yishai-Jesse, and a branch shall grow out of his roots: According to this verse, an end-time king shall proceed from the loins of King Davïd, who is the stem of his father, Yishai. And as we all know, a son comes forth out of his father, just as a branch or stem grows out of a root. And as Abba YAH revealed to Isaiah, this branch will not only come from the seed of Davïd, but he will also grow out of his roots. And according to the book of Revelation, who is the Root of Davïd? Christ. Even as Christ Himself declared, "I Am the Root and the Offspring of Davïd." Also notice that He did not claim to be the son of Davïd; since the Hebrew word 'ben' (son) suggests one who inherits his identity, authority and renown from his father. Sélah. Now let us reason together, brethren. Why would Christ, the Root of Davïd, clone Himself as His own son? Surely, that bizarre twisting of scripture could only have originated from the author of confusion. As for the Branch - his flesh proceeds from the loins of Davïd, but his soul and spirit proceed from the Root of Davïd; from the Spirit of Christ Himself. MattitYahu (Matthew) 22 Christ Himself put it this way: 41 While the Pharisees were gathered together, Yahushua asked them, 42 saying, "What do you think of Christ? Whose son is He?" They said unto Him, "The son of Davïd." And this is exactly who most Hebrews, Messianics and Christians believe 'Jesus' to be; the son of Davïd, who was prophesied to come at the end of days. In fact, the whole first-century generation, including His own disciples, believed that error as well. And it's for the same reason the Torah-only Yisraelites of today have not yet received Yahushua as their Messiah. And ironically, for the same reason the Levitical Order did not believe in Him from the beginning. Sélah. But - who did Christ declare Himself to be? Certainly, He has the final word on His own identity! 43 He said unto them, "How then does Davïd in Spirit call Him Master, saying, 44 'YAHUWAH said to my Lord, sit on My right hand, until I make Your enemies Your footstool.' 45 If Davïd then called him Lord, how is He his son?" In other words, how can Davïd's son also be Davïd's Master? And why would Davïd call his own son Lord? After all, my brethren, what man among us would ever call his son(s) Lord ? So then who is this "son of Davïd?" The next verse reveals what will happen to Yahushua's adversaries when we correctly identify him: 46 "...and no man was able to answer Him a word; neither did any man from that day forth ask Him any more questions." Now, as we all know, the generation of the Messiah longed for the son of Davïd who would deliver Yisrael from political oppression. And therefore, the common people - including Yahushua's own mother and siblings - wanted Him to use His miraculous powers to deliver Yisrael unto themselves, and not unto YAH! And certainly not because they believed the Master's report, but because they coveted the power and material wealth of national sovereignty. So when the people attempted to forcibly make Him their King, He deferred. Why? Because His Divine mission, as the Root of Davïd, was to deliver the inward righteousness of the Kingdom to Yisrael, so that she would be worthy of her outward restoration in due season. Sélah. Indeed, this was the temptation of Satan to Ha Mashiakh: Worship me, and you can establish your Kingdom right now, without having to be crucified. In other words, without having to die to the flesh - a much easier course of action than the Root of Davïd dying for the sins of Yisrael, so the son of Davïd may inherit the Key to deliver the elect of YAH some two-thousand years later... As always, the false accuser attempts to execute the grand illusion of gain without pain - the ultimate religious deception, coming from the founding father of lies. Hear, O Yisrael, and innerstand: Yahushua our Messiah resisted and overcame that universal temptation; as well as the subtle twisting of scripture that misrepresents our Heavenly Redeemer as the son of Davïd. And so must we. The Master Teacher Himself remained faithful in the Truth; that in the Royal House of Yisrael, He, and He alone, is the Root of Davïd - the Everlasting Father of the hidden son of Davïd. And He did so unto death; even the death of the cross. Therefore, Abba YAH has highly exalted Him; and has given Him a Name which is above every name, even as it is written. And surely, the hour has come for the Holy Nation to become steadfast and unmovable in this basic Kingdom truth. YeshaYahu (Isaiah) 42 1 Behold, my servant whom I uphold; my elect, in whom my soul delights; I have put My Spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles. 2 He shall not cry out, nor lift up, nor cause his voice to be heard in the street. In the above passage, Isaiah prophesies that this servant of YAH "…shall not raise up, nor cry out in the streets." And this obviously cannot be a reference to Messiah Yahushua, since He did just that - as do many of our Hebrew Yisraelite brothers today. 3 A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax shall he not quench; he shall bring forth judgment unto truth. 4 He shall not fail nor be discouraged, until he has set judgment in the earth: and the isles shall wait for his law. And the deeply hidden truth is that this prophecy concerns the coming 'Branch,' and has yet to be fulfilled... 2 Sh'muel (Samuel) 7 12 And when your days be fulfilled, and you shall sleep with your fathers, I will set up your seed after you, which shall proceed out of your bowels, and I will establish his Kingdom. Clearly, this verse speaks of the same son of Davïd the prophets foresaw. The one whom traditional Christians - and many among the Hebrew-aware - believe is Yahushua Ha Mashiakh: Christ. But consider what Abba YAH Himself went on to say concerning Davïd's son: 13 He shall build a house for My name, and I will establish the throne of his Kingdom forever. 14 I will be his Father, and he shall be My son. If he commits iniquity, I will chasten him with the rod of men, and with the stripes of the children of men: 15 But My mercy shall not depart from him, as I took it from Sha'ul, whom I put away from before you. Obviously, this prophecy is in no wise referring to Shelomo Ha Melekh, King Solomon, who built temples not only for YAHUWAH, but for Ashteroth and other pagan deities, which caused his own line to be temporarily cursed; and eliminated from ruling in Yisrael. As for this prophecy being about Yahushua: surely, the foreknowledge of YAH does not allow for even a suggestion that the Root Himself might sin, and thereby forsake His Divine mission. Sélah Now consider, saints, why these unmistakable prophecies of the son of Davïd are not referring to: King Yahushua - for He was without sin. King Davïd - for he was disallowed even from building the physical house. King Solomon - for he failed to fulfill the eternal promise of YAH. Surely, brethren, the Messianic end-time prophecies cited refer to the chosen son of Davïd who is yet to come - who shall present the final wave offering of the New Exodus; when the Kingdom of Yisrael shall truly be free, as the eternal Living Temple; highly exalted above all nations. YermiYahu (Jeremiah) 30 Now, as you may know, there remains much controversy among the Hebrew-aware at-large over the doctrine of reincarnation. And much if not most of this confusion also stems from the prophecies concerning the son of Davïd in the end-times. For example: 7 Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Ya'aqob's trouble; but he shall be saved out of it. 8 For it shall come to pass in that day, says YAHUWAH of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off your neck, and will burst your bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him: 9 But they shall serve YAHUWAH their GOD, and Davïd their king whom I will raise up unto them. Certainly, since the great natural conqueror King Davïd was disallowed even from building the natural Temple of YAH, he cannot be the spiritual conqueror who will build both the new natural Temple, and the eternal spiritual Temple to come. In fact, given the actual context of this prophecy, the reference to "Davïd their king" includes the word 'Davïd' [rather than its meaning - " beloved"] only to describe the Branch that Abba YAH will raise up in the end times... Behold, Yisrael: When taken in proper context, and in light of all the references to the rule of Davïd in the latter days, none of the relevant passages of scripture refer to the ancient King Davïd! And therefore, neither will a reincarnated Davïd rule over the Kingdom to come. Sélah. Luke 1 As we all know, it is written of Christ: 32 "...and the Lord GOD will give Him the throne of His father (*ancestor) David." Obviously, this is a manifest truth. And yet, the traditional surface level reading of this verse has led us to believe that the Messiah Himself would reign from the Davidic throne He was given by His Father... But consider, brethren - what king has ever ruled on the throne of his servant? Now, as you also know, our Father YAH has chosen Yahushua, His only begotten Son who overcame this world, as His primary Heir; to sit at His Right Hand, and to rule and reign with Him for all eternity. So then, Almighty YAH, who reigns from the third heaven, has delegated His rulership of the second heaven (the universe) and the earth to His chosen Son - Christ. And the risen Christ has declared for posterity this delegation of Divine authority, saying, "All power is given unto Me in heaven and earth" (Matt. 28:18). And as the old saying goes, like father, like son. So in turn, our Messiah has also declared, concerning His primary heir, "To him who overcomes, I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne" (Rev. 3:21). So then, Yahushua Ha Mashiakh, who now rules by Divine delegation as King of the Universe, shall likewise delegate His rulership of the earth to the end-time overcomers, through His chosen son and primary heir - the Branch. Beloved family, the time has surely come for the chosen ones to know and understand this hidden but crucial delegation of Kingdom authority. Sélah. Hoshea (Hosea) 3:4-5 4 For the children of Yisrael shall abide many days without king or prince, without sacrifice or sacred pillar, without ephod or teraphim. 5 Afterward, the children of Yisrael shall return and seek YAHUWAH their GOD, and Davïd their king. They shall fear YAHUWAH and His goodness in the latter days. Finally, my brethren, this end-time passage from Hoshea concerning the sojourn and ultimate destiny of the ten "lost" northern tribes [Yisrael-Ephraïm] is an undeniable reference - not to Christ, but to "Davïd their King." Once again, King Davïd himself was forbidden by Abba YAH even from building the physical temple, much less the spiritual temple, made up of the redeemed of Yisrael in Christ... As it is written, "You also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to YAH through Yahushua Ha Mashiakh" (1 Kefa-Peter 2:5). Therefore, the above passage also indicates that Hoshea's prophecy is referring to a chosen and elect descendant of Davïd. Plain and simple. Hear, O Yisrael, and understand: The end-time prophetic references cited in this message and beyond, clearly speak not of the Root of Davïd, Christ, but the son of Davïd; the anointed personage who shall be sought out and appointed by Yisrael as one head - even as the prophet Hoshea clearly describes, and as the complete record of Hebrew eschatology undoubtedly affirms.
