TCVI Mission Statement Our Mission The TCVI mission is to gather and organize a Yisraelite Kingdom city-state in the wilderness of America. Over the past several years, the servant-emissary has received and inscribed a Divine Order of Governance, designed to evolve into the restored United Kingdom of Yisrael. Now according to the standard definition, a nation is "a community of people who share a common language, culture, ethnicity or history." By that standard, we as natural and naturalized Yisraelites are already a nation - but not yet an outward Kingdom.
